HOW TO ORDER
Ordering Over The Internet: Just simply fill out ESC's On-Line order form Completely. Click on Send Order and your order will be on it's way. It's That Easy!!

Ordering By Telephone: Call 1-314-414-6466 from anywhere in U.S. For orders outside the U.S. call +1-314-414-6466. Sale lines are open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST). Order online 24 hours a day.

Ordering By Fax: Orders can be faxed to 1-636-227-8502. All faxed orders must include Visa, Mastercard, or American Express account numbers to be shipped to and signed by the card holder.


Payment Methods
We accept payments by Certified Check, Money Order, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Corporate American Express cards, with a verified billing address in the continental United States.  In addition, we accept Corporate Data Rate II MasterCard (Purchasing, Business, and Corporate) cards, International Corporate Purchasing Data Rate II MasterCard, as well as Corporate and Business VISA cards. We will soon be supporting secure credit card payments for your safety and convenience.
How To Order Online - Use The Shopping Cart
Through out the site you will have various opportunities to add items to your personal shopping cart. When you add an item you are under no obligation to make a purchase. You simply add items to the cart by clicking on the buttons labeled Order Now or Add To Shopping Cart. You will then get a list of items in your shopping cart. From that screen you can empty your cart, update or delete individual items, change quantities or other options and send your order. To actually make on order, click on the Send Order button located at the end of your shopping cart items list and you will then be prompted for payment and shipping information. Not all of our product categories contain items at this time. We are working hard to get all of the items online, but it just takes time. If you can't find a certain product that you're looking for, we can probably get it for you. Just call us at 1-314-414-6466 or send e-mail to sales@enterpriseconsulting.com.
Are all the products you sell new ?
Yes, all the products that we sell are new unless otherwise specified. Also, all the products come with the manufacturer's warranty and are factory sealed unless otherwise specified. In addition, almost all of our products qualify under one or more of the extended warranty coverage plans offered by ESC, including product purchases which are less than $50 !!!
What currency is all the pricing based on ?
All prices are shown in U.S. funds.

Can you ship my order to another address ?
ESC reserves the right to insist that an order be shipped to the verified credit card billing address. This policy is designed to protect the consumer from credit card fraud. Orders from established customers may be shipped to a different address upon prior approval from ESC and your credit card company.

How fast is my order processed ?
If ordered by 2:00 PM CST, usually the same day.  However, due to an incredible volume of orders, your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Are any of your products blems or seconds ?
All products are new. No blems or seconds or refurbished products unless otherwise specified.

What's the deal with "Call for Price" ?
Some of our prices are so low the manufacturer's have requested we not print them.

Are the shipping and handling charges the same for overseas orders ?
The shipping and handling charges quoted are for the continental United States. Shipping charges do not include local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you are overseas, and you want to order something, you need to call +1-314-414-6466 to order or you can fax your order in at +1-636-227-8502. Be aware that some manufacturer's warranties may be null and void for products shipped overseas. Please read ESC's Terms & Conditions document for more details.

Are gift certificates available ?
No. We do not currently offer gift certificates, yet.  We are, however, working on a plan to offer gift certificates that we hope to release soon !

How do I get a copy of your mail order catalog ?
We do not mail out paper catalogs. Our catalog is exclusively online. Maintaining an online catalog is much less expensive than a print catalog and therefore we can offer you items at much lower prices than our competitors. Our market research has shown that today's consumer simply doesn't want a mailbox full of junk. Our online catalog allows shopping when it's most convenient to YOU. We do, however, mail or FAX out special flyers from time to time. These flyers contain a sampling of our very best specials.

Can I call to ask questions about a particular product ?
Please do! Our customer service specialists have many years of experience in this business. And we won't insist on getting your telephone number and address when you call (like all those other guys). Additionally, you'll never have to sit through a 5 minute commercial about how great we are before we address your question. We are here to make sure you get the information YOU want! Because of these policies, we hope you'll be more likely to order your next product from us.

Does ESC take C.O.D. orders ?
No. At this time, ESC does not accept requests for C.O.D. orders. We do accept pre-pay checks, credit cards, and purchase orders from companies on approved net terms. Please read ESC's Terms & Conditions document for more details.
